Hostaperm
PV Fast | These Clariant pigments are chosen for their coloristic and fastness properties. Ink Jet Yellow 4G VP 2532, Ink Jet Magenta E02 and Ink Jet Magenta E5B 02 are especially designed for use in ink jet inks; their main properties are a narrow particle size distribution, highly purified quality and therefore a high stability in ink jet inks. Ink Jet grades are covered by Clariant patents. |
| Pigment Preparations | Hostajet PT | Hostajet PT grades are aqueous nano-dispersed pigment preparations based on polymeric dispersants and ink jet quality pigments. Hostajet PTs are developed for ink jet applications, mainly for the SOHO market. |
Colorants for solvent based Ink Jet Inks:
| Dyes | Telajet | Telajet Black NS is a highly purified solvent soluble dye that is especially designed for solvent based ink jet inks.
Telajet Black NS provides the following properties:
- highly purified
- very good filterability
- very good solubility in alcohol, ketones, glycol esters
- very good light fastness |
| Savinyl | Savinyl grades are solvent soluble dyes recommended when the high purity of the Telajet grades is not required. These dyes also possess very good solubility in alcohol, ketones and glycol esters. |

| Pigment Preparations | Permajet 30 | Permajet 30s are solid pigment preparations containing 50% pigment in a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer carrier material, designed for solvent based ink jet inks. They are soluble in solvents like acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, methyl acetate and n-hexyl acetate. The solubility depends on the polarity of the solvent systems: the more polar the solvent, the better the solubility.

- pigment content of approx. 50%
